Bensoni

Bensoni is the work of Benjamin Channing Clyburn and Sonia Yoon. Both Parson's graduates, launched this collaborative brand Spring 08 with this beautifully tailored and feminine collection. They use really interesting mixes of fabircs and inspirations to create their collections. I love the large volume of the tops and skirts, expecially the way they are layered with each other.

White on White

As much as I love outfits consiting of mostly black, it is fairly impractical for the warmer months. However, designers have shown in the spring 2008 collections that a similarily striking look can be achieved with an all white attire. A little high maintenance, as we all know how much dirt and stains love the colour white, but it really lets you play with shoes and accessories. I also love the simple, modern feel of white on white. So in the end, it is totally worth keeping up the clean, chic look.
